Delete your MYLO account
You can delete your account and the data in it at any time. There are two ways. MYLO is operated by MYLO Middle East FZE.
In the app (fastest)
Open MYLO, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email support@mrmylo.com from the address you signed up with, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. The same works if you only joined the waitlist and want your email removed.
What we delete
Your login, your profile (name, email, phone and city), the loyalty programs, balances and expiry dates you added, the bank cards you picked from our list (card names only, we never hold card numbers), your MYLES™ balance and history, your device's notification registration, and your analytics profile. Any paid plan is cancelled.
What we keep
Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment receipts, for as long as it requires. Usage events stored under a random ID, which are not tied to your name, email or phone once your profile is deleted. If you held a founding spot, it still counts toward the total, with nothing linking it to you.
