Consumer Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MYLO application or website. By creating an account or using MYLO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2About MYLO

MYLO is a loyalty program aggregation service. We help you track, manage, and optimise your loyalty points, miles, and rewards across multiple programs from a single platform. MYLO is an information and optimisation tool. We do not hold, manage, transfer, or redeem your loyalty points or miles on your behalf.

MYLO is not a financial institution, payment service provider, or investment adviser. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice. Loyalty point and mile valuations displayed in the App are informational estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee, commitment, or representation of value by MYLO.

3Eligibility and Account Creation

3.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hi@mrmylo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may hold only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Security

We apply encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login credentials.

4The Service — What MYLO Does and Does Not Do

4.1 Service Features

Depending on your subscription tier, the Service may include:

4.2 Read-Only Access

MYLO holds no credentials for, and no connection to, your Loyalty Program or bank accounts. The Loyalty Data you add is stored read-only: MYLO does not have the ability to initiate transactions, transfer points, redeem rewards, or make purchases on your behalf. You retain full control of your loyalty accounts at all times.

4.3 Third-Party Program Terms

Your relationship with each Loyalty Program is governed by that program's own terms and conditions. MYLO is not responsible for changes made by Loyalty Programs to their points valuations, expiry policies, redemption rates, program rules, or availability. MYLO displays the Loyalty Data you provide and does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

4.4 No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Point valuations are indicative only. You should make your own independent decisions regarding the use and redemption of your loyalty points and miles.

5Subscription Tiers, Billing, and Payment

Features available at each tier are described in the App and at www.mrmylo.com. We reserve the right to update tier features with reasonable notice.

5.2 Founding Member Rate

The Founding Member Rate is available exclusively to the first 1,000 users who sign up before the public launch of the Service. If you qualify and pay the Founding Member annual rate, that rate will be locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription, provided that:

The Founding Member Rate applies to the specific tier you subscribe to at sign-up. Upgrading to a higher tier moves you to the standard annual rate for that tier. The Founding Member Rate does not apply to monthly billing cycles.

5.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, renewal occurs on the same date each month. For annual subscriptions, renewal occurs on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorise MYLO to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each renewal date. All amounts are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change standard subscription prices. If we increase prices for your plan, we will give you at least 30 days' advance written notice by email. The price increase will take effect from your next renewal date. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, you will be deemed to have accepted the new price. Founding Member Rates are not subject to price increases.

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to Explorer tier until payment is received. We will notify you of payment failures by email.

6Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid tier features until the end of that period, after which your account will revert to Explorer tier. Cancellation does not delete your account or your data.

6.2 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms under their respective refund policies.

6.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. Account deletion will terminate your subscription (with no refund for the remaining subscription period unless you qualify under Section 6.2), disconnect all Loyalty Program integrations, and result in deletion of your Personal Data within 30 days, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data.

7Loyalty Data and Your Content

7.1 Your Licence to MYLO

By connecting a Loyalty Program to your account, you grant MYLO a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access, retrieve, process, and aggregate your Loyalty Data for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence is limited to the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms. You may revoke this licence at any time by disconnecting the relevant Loyalty Program in your App settings.

7.2 MYLO's Use of Loyalty Data

MYLO uses your Loyalty Data to:

MYLO will never sell your Loyalty Data or Personal Data to third parties. MYLO will never share your individually identifiable Loyalty Data with loyalty program operators or commercial partners. Aggregated, anonymised insights (from which no individual user can be identified) may be used in product development and shared with business partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.3 Data Accuracy

Loyalty Data displayed in the App is the balance you add, entered manually or captured from a photo you provide. MYLO does not independently verify this data against the relevant Loyalty Program and is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or discrepancies between the data shown in the App and the data held by the relevant Loyalty Program. If you believe your balance is incorrect, you should contact the relevant Loyalty Program directly.

8Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, available at www.mrmylo.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, store, and share your Personal Data in accordance with:

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

You have the following rights in respect of your Personal Data:

9Intellectual Property

9.1 MYLO IP

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to the App, SuperStack™ algorithm, CardIQ™ technology, MYLES™ platform, all software, design, content, trade marks, logos, and trade names, are owned exclusively by MYLO Middle East FZE or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership in MYLO's intellectual property to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal device solely for the purpose of accessing the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it.

9.2 Trade Marks

MYLO, SuperStack™, CardIQ™, MYLES™, and associated marks are trade marks or pending trade marks of MYLO Middle East FZE. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant MYLO an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

10Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

MYLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

11Disclaimers and Loyalty Program Values

11.1 Service Provided As-Is

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYLO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 Loyalty Point Values Are Informational Only

Any AED valuations, point-to-cash conversion estimates, or reward equivalency figures displayed in the App are indicative estimates based on publicly available information and are provided for informational purposes only. MYLO does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of these valuations. Loyalty program operators may change their earn rates, redemption rates, point values, partner terms, and program conditions at any time without notice to MYLO. MYLO is not responsible for any decision you make in reliance on valuations displayed in the App.

11.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, and Loyalty Programs. MYLO is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.

11.4 Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

12Limitation of Liability

12.1 Exclusion of Indirect Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYLO will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from your reliance on Loyalty Data or point valuations displayed in the App, even if MYLO has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

12.2 Liability Cap

MYLO's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to MYLO in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes MYLO's liability for:

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYLO Middle East FZE, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) any false or misleading information you provide in connection with your account.

14Term and Termination

14.1 Term

These Terms take effect when you create an account and remain in force until your account is terminated.

14.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or contacting us at hi@mrmylo.com.

14.3 Termination by MYLO

MYLO may suspend or terminate your account:

14.4 Effect of Termination

On termination: your access to the Service will cease; any outstanding subscription fees become immediately due; your Personal Data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and clauses that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 12, 13, and 15) will continue to apply.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with MYLO, please contact us first at hi@mrmylo.com so that we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15.3 Consumer Rights

If you are a UAE-based consumer, you retain all rights granted to you under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law) and any other applicable consumer protection legislation. These Terms do not limit or exclude any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

16Amendments

MYLO may amend these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will:

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not reduce your rights) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

17General

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYLO regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Failure by MYLO to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without MYLO's prior written consent. MYLO may assign these Terms to any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, with notice to you.

17.5 Language

These Terms are made available in English. Where a translated version is provided, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict.
