Do Aura points expire?
Short answer
Yes. Base Aura points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, and bonus points for 3 months. They expire at midnight on the last day of the relevant month.
How the Aura rule works
VIP Member Points do not expire while the member holds VIP status. If the member moves to a different tier, such as Hello or Star, the terms say those points then expire.
Base points are the points earned on a purchase at a participating Alshaya brand. Bonus points are any extra points awarded on top.

In the UAE, 50 Aura points pay for AED 1 of purchases at participating outlets, so one point is worth AED 0.02 when you spend it. Aura's terms note that points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
