Do ENOC Yes Rewards points expire?
Short answer
Yes. ENOC Yes Rewards points expire 24 months from the date they were earned. If the card you hold has an expiry date that comes sooner, the points must be redeemed by the date immediately before your card expires instead.
How the ENOC Yes Rewards rule works
The 24 months count from when each point was earned, so points earned in different months reach their date at different times.
ENOC's terms also say a membership can close if the Yes app goes unused for 12 consecutive calendar months, and points already earned are forfeited when it does.
